We recommend hand-washing in water below 30°C. Do not use detergents containing bleach. Simply let it air dry naturally in the shade after washing, and avoid high-temperature tumble drying that may damage the insulation layer and prints.

Using the sublimation printing process, it delivers excellent color fastness with no fading even after prolonged use, and features a uniformly and finely covered printed surface. Please note to avoid printing on the heat-pressed sealed seams at the edges of the lunch bag to ensure the pattern is fully and perfectly presented.

If you find any stitching defects or printing flaws after receiving the goods, please contact our after-sales service for handling. Do not soak the lunch bag for a long time, to prevent moisture from seeping into the thermal insulation layer and affecting its heat retention performance.
